The video for Jay-Z's latest sound.

I love the black & white imagery, very strong, aggressive religious, blasphamous? bullets pictured with cross, the skulls, black & white imagery is so clear, so beautiful.

It feels very Gareth Pugh to me, I'm sure he's been front row, of course Miss Z is a big fan of the man, and has worn lots of his structured stuff in videos (Diva, which didn't get enough credit, awesome) & when she's performing live.

Crazy to think Pugh is inspiring Jay-Z. the models look like they could have been wearing Pugh creations, the back wall of white paper blowing about really reminded me of his ss-09 pieces straight away, seriously. The dreses, trousers etc made of the cut out plastic squares which flapped slightly.
